At Verve Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every cup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee to ensure your brewing experience is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  For brewing equipment and merchandise, ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused condition before sealing it for shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee.
